Value of Oncology CME

In this video, John L. Marshall, MD, chief of hematology/oncology at Georgetown University Hospital, tells all practicing oncologists to “keep up with your CME [continuing medical education].” In fact, Dr. Marshall was required to re-take his board examination and he used oncology CME to prepare. The world of oncology has changed so much in the last 10 years. Today’s CME is tailored to be convenient and allows for access to the thoughts and experiences of key opinion leaders in oncology.
