Highlights from the 34th Annual Miami Breast Cancer Conference®

The multidisciplinary Miami Breast Cancer Conference® has been bringing together surgical, medical, and radiation oncologists, with other healthcare professionals and patient advocates for 34 years. Miami Breast aims to foster awareness of state-of-theart treatments across therapeutic areas and encourage truly multidisciplinary team cooperation in the clinic, for the betterment of patient care. Here, we briefly highlight one of the hottest topics from last year’s conference, targeted inhibition of the poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) family of proteins.
