Physicians' Education Resource® Presents the 19th Annual International Lung Cancer Congress®

The meeting will present the latest data on novel therapies including targeted agents, immunotherapy and multidisciplinary treatment strategies

CRANBURY, N.J.--()--Physicians’ Education Resource® (PER®), the leading resource for oncology and hematology continuing medical education, will host the 19th annual International Lung Cancer Congress on July 26-28 at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach, California. The program will be chaired by David R. Gandara, M.D., professor of medicine, division of hematology/oncology, director, thoracic oncology program, senior advisor to the director, University of California Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Roy S. Herbst, M.D., Ph.D., Ensign professor of Medicine (medical oncology), professor of pharmacology, chief of medical oncology, associate director for translational research, Yale Cancer Center, Yale School of Medicine.

The 19th annual International Lung Cancer Congress® is a two-day event that shares current, practical information on novel agents and strategies. Designed for surgical, medical and radiation oncologists and other medical professionals interested in lung cancer, the meeting includes engaging lectures, panel discussions and multidisciplinary tumor boards. Attendees will gain insight into new strategies for early detection of lung cancer, adjuvant therapy for non-small cell lung cancer and bench-to-bedside concepts. Each day of the meeting will also encompass post-session surveys and engaging question-and-answer sessions.
