American Board of Radiology serves as a not-for-profit, independent organization, and is one of the 24 national medical specialty boards that make up the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS). The boards under ABMS work collectively to create high standards for physicians to work towards. The boards were founded by their respective specialties to protect the public by assessing and certifying doctors who meet specific educational, training and professional requirements.
The 16th Annual International Congress on the Future of Breast Cancer® provides a platform to medical professionals to receive updates on advances in the field of breast cancer. This year’s program will also provide an opportunity for surgeons to earn Category I CME and self-assessment credits towards Part 2 of the American Board of Surgery’s MOC program and medical oncologists to earn points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s MOC program.
