Target Audience
This educational program is directed toward hematologists and medical oncologists interested in the treatment of hematologic malignancies. Other allied healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment and management of patients with hematologic malignancies will also be invited to participate.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Analyze the role and impact of emerging diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive biomarkers regarding cGVHD treatment and prevention
- Evaluate efficacy and safety data from clinical trials evaluating emerging therapies for the treatment of cGVHD
- Develop evidence-based strategies for the monitoring, managing, and mitigation of treatment-related toxicities associated with newly approved agents for cGVHD treatment and prevention
- Integrate recent data regarding emerging approaches for the treatment and prevention of cGVHD in the context of evolving standards of care
